Maybe you can add some settings and support to the window mode:
- Set resolution of the window mode
- Set borderless window mode
- Maybe the window stays infront of taskbar
- Widescreen support for window mode (maybe I'm wrong, but I tried it and my window stays at 4:3)
- Let the mouse go out of the game in mouse mode (RPOS, Menu)

16:10 widescreen resolutions work fine in windowed mode. Just set the size in your neocron.ini

Doesnt work for me and I tried 1680x1050 and 1900x1200.
