In this case i claim for the right give a name for this bug which is "dontcallmepowerpunsh" - short - dcmpp bug.

You mean wrong names showing up in the local people list? Happens to me pretty often when alt+tabbing between two clients. Always has. I'll have two characters standing by themselves in an area (P3 or apartment, for example), and I'll do some logging of various characters on both clients. Sometimes, the name of the last logged character will still be in the local list, despite that they are gone and a new character is now there.

I've seen this happen a bunch also, before the last two patches. I've also noticed LE'd runners showing up as non-LE'd.
