somehow i can not use my name wich has ' in between the letters as apartment pw.
tried it on serveral new created toons. didnt work.

This may sound odd, but I've played American made MMO's which automatically changed apostrophes into tildes.

Also, try "escaping" the character with \
For example if your name is Cho'nuff, try Cho\'nuff
