Give us back the NC 1 font for the character/clan name mouse over.

Why? Because it allowed for names to show case. That is all.

It meant we could have clan tags like:

-sYn-

as opposed to:

-SYN-

Now, it's all an upper-case eye-fuck.

(Plus apparently we can read words in lower case/mixed case much easier than a word in all capitols as the brain recognises them as a pattern where as it can't see a pattern when all the letters are the same size.)

It's a no-brainer; the former all have more personality.

PS : I may have got the original SkullZ tag wrong. I remember it having a mix of upper and lower case though.

I agree also, because reading allcaps is hard on the eyes.
