[00743][R#176] CM missions incorrectly displaying npc location in dialogue.

I performed a News Service (very easy) mission on a whim, to discover that in the dialogue, the mission states the npc to talk to is in (1).

I have repeated this with delivery and secure package missions. The dialogue incorrectly lables both CMHQ and MB Sec-1 as (1) in many cases.
I doesn't seem to happen all the time and does not affect the resource managers, only contact persons and soldiers.
