while we try our best to randomly fix bugs, a little more information may prove to be helpful.

check your neocron logs folder for anything related to the stability issues, consult your system log, consequently kill any other non-critical process other than the client.exe to rule out conflicts and memory fragmentation ...
other than that, you may want to provide some info on your system and environment. the dxdiag is usually a good place to start.

I had similar problems. Be sure to keep the following updated:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package
    Vc Redist 86
    http://www.microsoft.com/de-at/downl...s.aspx?id=5555

And if you are running a 64 bit OS, also update the AMD64 version:
    Vc Redist 64
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=14632

Neocron still has some difficulties to clear the memory after usage (which do many applications). After each close you may use a program which will free the memory for sure. I am using Rambooster atm:

To rule out heatproblems from your GPU (which occured also to me at some point), clean the heatrelated parts (ventilation, fan) and check for that with (for example) Speedfan:

Also there might be problems with your DirectX-Version or it might be damaged either by fragmentation, writing issues (HDD) or other related issues which occured to me while running Windows 7 (as i don't remember the state with all the updates, you may only find out if you have those issues when files are often broken or CHKDSK wants to run on startup). Be sure to de-fragment your system drive once in a while and also update / reinstall DirectX:

Also you might wanna try some cleanbox application likewise ComboFix (only do downlod this from Virus-Protect or the bleepingcomputer site, as other sources might not be safe - and make sure to read the instructions first). This is a very small yet powerful tool which did help me very often in the past:

As there is so many different software and hardware out on the market, also follow @Mokoi's advise and check for errors in your logfiles.
