My most recent clan member is not listed on the main section of the clan admin part of the citycom. He also cannot access the functions on the citycom that require him to be in the clan.
However, the clan member list, in clanadmin and the main clan info section does list him as a clan member.
I changed his rank about 15 mins before he discovered this, if that has anything to do with it.

i would have put up the old clan rank he had and the new clan rank he was changed to. helps reproduction and all that
