At the moment it's not possible to finish this mission because Father Angus in OZ9 shows only a blank script in the step where you have to talk to him after getting the mission from the CS faction office.
This is a known issue according to the GM who responded to my ticket.

If this is the mission I'm thinking of, myself and a clanmate had this problem. I think we unbugged it by killing him, then waiting in one of the side zones in there for him to respawn.

I put a ticket in a few days ago and was told that it was fixed but I guess Faid's theory is pretty sound!
