[00710][R#176] Crash to Login Screen "All Worlds Down"

I was running around at Plaza 1, 3rd Floor (where the Armor Vendors are located), when suddenly i was kicked to login.
I wouldn't be sure if thats to report, if there wasn't the message in red:

"Report this Asap to Alduin!
Unable to handle Login request:
All worlds are currently down.
Please try again later!
Active World: Plaza/Plaza_P1!"

Just had one of these at El Farid Village. I was standing still, testing the set externaldist command, there was at least 1 other runner in the zone with me, I didn't pay attention to their name so I don't know who.

Had that one again.
Maybe the following details help narrowing it down:
-) It was in an abandoned Cellar (In Via Rosso 3)
-) it was around 8:00 or maybe exactly that ingame
-) When it happened the room was completly empty, I had just killed every enemy there and was waiting for my health to go up. When I came back the room was full of enemies again. I logged in again in a timeframe where I should have been ingame the whole time

Got a crash, and the error message told me I should report this to Alduin immediately, so here goes:

I was flying the Dex 17 drone in the underground rooms in Virosso-3, when I crashed to login page. Here is the error log
