[00708][R#176] Mainsewer 1 -> OZ 2

If you zone from Mainsewer 1 to Outzone 2 you just get placed anywhere in OZ 2. OZ 2 seems to not have any entrance to Mainsewer 1.

Always been like this (although it is a bug)
My understanding is that MS1 is meant to link to OZ7, but was redirected to OZ2 with the latter zone being closed.

Brings up my next question. No possibility to fix OZ7? Last time ive been there it looked quite ok. Just a missing ladder. (Same to Dark metal - lifts are working now)
