[CLOSED][R#174] Snow draw distance problems

So yeah, it might be realistic that when the weather changed to snow your draw distance changes to 0. But still i think it's not intended and it breaks ranged attacking forcing you to relog (wish i could do that IRL to change snow into sunny weather) and continue sniping, VERY annoying!

As well as the draw distance, apparently all other weather has been removed by accident, e/g rain.
