Useless Items

So, a bunch of items in NC are either completely useless, as in they don't do anything or they can't actually be used. Some others are near-useless - they do something, but not that anybody would ever want. Might be useful to list them so they can be looked at at some point. So:

PE HC PA 4 - even with the best imps and all the strength drugs in game, a PE can't reach the 90 strength required to wear this. The PA 3 is also a frankly silly stretch that noone is ever likely to bother with, especially while the Regant's melee PA exists.

Amphidextrine/Amphidextrine Big Pack/Iceflash - a drug that gives +con. This is of no practical use for anyone, especially for a rare, mission provided drug.
