Actually, I quite like the new implants.
I really like the Physics CPU/Psi Experience Memory. Such things allow much more playing with setups that push the limits. I like how splitting up Psi Core makes the hybrid problem even less of a threat. I'm slightly more abivilant about how splitting up the SA and Herc leads to MC5-stacking head sets to be encouraged.
The decimal points need to go away, or at worst made into steps of 0.5. There's some chaff that needs to be removed (chips that are simply worse than all the other options. And Marine and MOVEON both need to be made into something that a sane person would use again (although MOVEON perhaps doesn't need to be quite as good as it was).
