This is another behaviour i haven't been able to reproduce on the testserver, so it may be gone. But i don't know how to reproduce it, so here are the effects if it happend.
On the item information page of weapons and spells, sometimes the effect information is missing (either damage or the spell effects and cost).
Once it's gone it never reappears (reloging and such doesn't help).
There is a rumour that using a clean client solves that, 'till it happens again (my current connection is too bad to test it).
I made some screenshots. The second one is how it should be (on two different spells).

You should reproduce and check if the information is only missing on your screenshots. If so, this issue may be the same as the rendering bug.

Huh? This has nothing to do with screenshots. The information is missing ingame.
The screenshots are only for clarification.
