It's a very simmple idea, which would help HUD designers, where they can type in the console.
/hud_reload
What it would do is reload and redisplay the HUD, saves loads of time of having to restart the game up and reload it.

yeah that would be a good thing everytime you want to change some small thing you have to exit and restart the game it is such a pain

The same applies to the /resync command I suggested they added in. Would be considerably helpful to every single person who plays.
