Wir hatten die Gelegenheit auf MMOsite.com einige Fragen zu Neocron 2 zu beantworten. Zu finden gibt es das Interview genau hier!

Besides the so called Wisdom of Ceres (WoC) feature that allows the player to "over cap" some of the character¡¯s skills to gain access to more powerful rare weapons and items, the end game content is very much oriented towards player vs. player combat. Besides that, players who are not particularly interested in combat have the opportunity to follow one of the many tradeskills in the game. The item system is designed so that only high-level player characters can craft the best gear so there are incentives for people wishing to follow a more peaceful lifestyle (if Neocron can ever said to be peaceful!).

Zum ersteren, war es nicht mal so Gedacht das WoC-Waffen/-Items keinen bis wenig Einfluss auf das Kampfsystem haben sollten? Und mal vom X-Bow abgesehen ist es derzeit ja auch so. Also 'more powerfull' trifft es da nicht wirklich.
Und zweiteres ist einfach und schlicht nur funny & falsch, wobei es sicher auf die definition von 'high-level' ankommt.

Ansonsten, schönes Interview, wenn auch nicht viel neues.
Aber solche Anhäufungen von Interviews hätte man schon viel früher machen sollen, also zwecks Marketing.

Der Herr Schuett hätte vielleicht noch erwähnen sollen, daß NC 2 auch etwas für Spieler ist, die auf eine anitquierte Grafik stehen - also etwas für Nostalgiker...
