    Thumbs down How KK treats theyr costumers - Share your story

    Here's my m8s story ( writing it for him )

    He was to going a few days ago to switch from NC1 to NC2, when he finaly got things sorted the characters that he recived from server saturn was NOT the ones he used on NC1, on the other hand, the characters on Pluto and Uranus were the same as he used on NC1.

    With the account support not giving the help he wanted we called rekktor media where they said "call back tomorrow, the account people might be here and you can talk to them", fair enough we, said and called back the next day, and the reply got was "we don't make telephone support"

    with frustration we started to mailing them again, and what they basicly said was "once the account are linked, they are linked and cannot be changed, we cannot recover your characters".. in other words "tough luck"

    This is just absurd doing this, here he has boughed the game, paid for atleast 6 months or more in neocron game time, playing his characters, and now they are just gone, and KK is doing shit! no compensation, NOTHING (note that the he lost a base 90-95 Psi monk, capped PE and other stuff )

    shame they cant put a little effort into it. true, rules are rules, but your supposed to support and help players. dont tell me it cant be done, cos we all know that aint true.

    i had a few contacts to the NC support and they all went well. i get qick support out of a patch fact thread, i get support with my C2P problem in around 3 days(damn weekend). my char get moved out of sync to other locations in no time, my charskin was fixed within 5 hours, they all where interested in my problem and friendly.

    Do you and he know that the snapshot for nc1 servers was taken over a year ago, and anything you change on nc1 servers from that time on won´t get transferred?

    I've had good support from KK, and AD. There were a few times when it wasn't very quick, but it resolved in an amicable way.

    We didnt not recive anykind of that information what I know, and 1 year is not "Old" enough, he quitted a few weeks, maybe a month be4 nc1 became nc2

    it was on the forum b ack then, its even on the forum now, with pandora... where they have until the 7th of september i think before the snapshot is made there.

    I've not read your post but there's nothing wrong with KK's customer services. I've emailed them probably 5 times, and got a response within 5 hours or next day if they're not about at the time.

    I've got no issues with them.

    Nothing wrong with ReaKKtor support, any problems i've had they've sorted within the same day and that includes them slapping C2P.

    40 day rollback? doesn't matter since it was like a psi 95 ppu and a capped PE that he lost and I think it would take abit more than 40 days for him to lvl that

    I love account@neocron, when I was having click2pay problems they helped me completely, click2pay on the otherhand lol
