Sa1gan, I really like the last PA you showed. Nice. I would love for my H-C tank to run around NC with pink PA with daisies sprinkled on it!!
On a more serious note: An example for a better done female PA, with regards to the boob-armor article, would probably be the Power Suit from Metroid. (Although the Varia Suit has the Epic Pauldron upgrade...)
This does not mean that the armour needs to conform to the contours of the body exactly. Armour is intended to deflect or stop damage, not be a vehicle for fashion or fetish (though obviously decoration and ornamentation will be a factor in some cases but are implemented on top of practical considerations rather than the other way around).
As linked to, doing so is either pointless or outright dangerous, plus ignoring the fact that the padding and fitting of that armour would render all but the most preposterously endowed woman with armour that would almost entirely ignore their 'natural' shape and little different from those that men wear.

One of the dangers of female PA.
Okay ill snap some of your ideas together ...

Whoops, mixed that up a bit, might have been a little drinkyfied last night.
I mean that it would render the shape of armour for women little different and that of men near identical. Aside from the general measurements (which would have to be measured for men anyway, since the leg, waist, shoulder, torso and all other variations in anatomy vary as much for men as they do women) the overall design considerations would be the same.
Aside from the fact that if you were to extrapolate the figure inside the armour you would end up with a freak of nature, the stupidly cumbersome shoulderpads and all the other practical design flaws of the suit (which happen just as much with male armour), this is exactly the kind of thing we need too see more of.
Part of the 'surprises' at the end of the original Metroid games was the reveal that the protagonist was female. The figure you control is a person, only the cultural assumptions made by the player about action orientated story-telling made this unusual.
Ok, that piece is nice! You borrowed a bit too much from Metroid - but nonetheless nice!
Maybe is was a bit unspecific^^
I was referring mainly to the chest armoring of her suit, one bulge covering the entire boob area.
This would be a light armor build for a female in a different game that already follows the same way.

But as the dribbing Joy already said. The design wouldn't differ too much from that of the male suits, just a bit more emphasizing the physique.
Without shouting at the player LOOK I GOTZ BEWBS!!!!
Practicle battlewear is great, Girls don't want boring designs. Boys get the boring practicle black and gray one pattern fits all clothing. Girls get everything else: Snugly fitting contoured multicoloured swanky battle-wear for everyday occasions on the street. Have to have accessories like broaches, hats, colours patterns and flowers, and polka dotted knee high socks! Lets rock :D
great toying with designs, folks. in ingame terms: stop that crap. if you want to look at boobs, click some porn. we dont need female armour. period.
