Havent played in YEARS!
Well I am back and curious about playing this game... haven't played it in years.
Lucky for me, I have a bad habbit about not deleting emails, and found my old account sign up emails for neocron waaaaaay back in 2007..
What I remember having was a character that was about.. midway to the cap... had a nice apartment, was exploring things .. good gear.. bla bla..
I logged in with my old account credentials.. no characters! :(
At some point between then and now, whenever NC2 went F2P...did they do a character whipe?
Wondering if there is a way to recover my old data...heh...then again if ALOT has changed.. might not care.
Any help?

The old servers Terra and Mars had to be taken down over a year ago now, a new server was started called 'Titan' and no characters have been transferred to it. Everyone had to start fresh since then so it's not just you.
We get threads like this a lot, maybe we should have a sticky for this.

Yup.
Though the old char data isn't gone, the new server is a clean slate to work from. Everyone has had to build back up. So we are all in the same boat.
A few days and you will be back where you were.
So just get back ingame and enjoy what you did in the past. :)
