mobs not dropping weapons

so, i started 2 new characters and with both im done pretty much when the starting weapon got broke.
in a game with so few players one cant do everything alone. (do implant, build stuff, install mods etc.)

even in the best times of the game mobs did drop weapons and was a source to get further leveling.
yes player build weapons were better, but dropped weapons could be of good quality with mod slots and did work ok.
to rely on bad weapons bought from npcs is not working.

so please, let mobs drop weapons again. same for implants etc on later mobs. not just junk.
and maybe but up some implant npcs etc until the player base grows again.

im pretty much done with the game in its current state.
