Hey Odi,
after an Update it can happen that a sector is "inactive", just enter the sector and wait a few mins to force the sector to spawn those NPCs.
HR @CA HQ and Director @FA Core are back.

The actual fix i was told about is reloading the Zone (bi zoning inside and outside couple of times)
What about MR Jones in my appartment? He's not showing up either...
If this is intentional this is a bad update.... :/

MR Jones vanishes after accepting mission and leaving the appartment the first time...
Tested on two different new chars.... Jones Missions undoable...
