[00761][R#176] Jones Inquisitor reward quest

Ok so the cleansing fire spell or what ever its called from the Jones mission seems to me to be a little flawed.

I finished the quest and have it and begun to use it in the abandoned rooms in pepper park 1. I tried firing on multiple mobs and the shot would land, damage numbers appear and then the health bar wouldn't move at all. I shoot again. same thing. then maybe after 3 or 4 casts damage would show up but it would only show enough missing for one shot. So its like the mob ignored the other 3 shots and carried on attacking me.

I tried this on the spiders, cave crawlers, crabs and the iguanas down there. One work around after the initial shot failed to register was to move the reticule away from the mob then move it back on target and let it reacquire the lock to see damage take effect but again the bugged damage seem to pop up after a 2nd or 3rd successive shot.
