• fixed wrong reward for PEs (FA Mrs. Jones infiltrator mission);
• fixed the german Geordi mission (Newb MC5) - the mission should now work as intended;
• added Hacknet CityCom missions;

No, it's not intended.
Can you give me some more input?
With all modules or a specific one? In PvP, PvE...?

i tried with blessed energy halo on my hybrid and holy lightning on my apu, both are 20% less in dmg numbers rising up from mobs

halo was roughly 150 before, now 120
HL was around 220, now 155

Which target?
Can you try PVP as well?

I haven't had a chance to try those spells out yet but it might be noteworthy that a 20% drop in damage would be identical to the 20% global reduction of mob hp. Just something that occurred to me, they could be related.

I can confirm ulx's post above - my hybrid is also doing less damage than before the patch (mine is only up to Holy Energy Halo, though).

Also, my rifle spy's HL is dealing less damage. I don't remember what it was before, but it was in the low 100's per barrel: it's now 99.

Is it possible there is a global damage reduction going on?

Hmm so only took a year to address vehicle damage after it was noticed by a large portion of runners as being an issue even when one of your Key Leads "Bifrost" couldn't see any issues there... No wonder the server has esentially turned into single player / with a little tradeskilling between runners. Try listening to your player base a bit better in the future and maybe you will have more than 20 players on the game lol. Right now you pretty much have 0 interest in PVP in the server. Maybe that was always the plan from a dev perspective. Shame such a great game wasted..

and with "Try listening to your playerbase..." does mean "Try listening to BobHoskins" in the end?
You really should start to listen to them aswell....

Can't see what are the "fill-up" NPCs in viarosso 3... is that normal I can't see any new NPC ?

i used the halo on the MC5 Base Commander :D
Only tried the HL on some random aggressor cellar and pp sewer mobs

always aimed for the "head" part of the hitbox

edit: btw the damage was normal at first after the patch. Must have changed from one moment to another and is still at its low level. I didnt notice first because the mob was on higher elevation than me, hence no numbers.
Spell info on rightclick also shows 104 dmg now, was 131 before i believe.
at first i thought my PA wasnt active

my Tank also does less damage with his SF Plasma Wave now. It was around 130 combined per shot (nrg and xray) before, now it was first 83 + 20 and after i died and got rezzed i do 90 + 22. WTF?! :D

again mc5 base commander :D

i begin to think that everyone got a damage nerf

edit: oh, i remember i died and got rezzed on my hybrid too before the damage dropped, maybe somehow connected?
And i died because of that emergency 20seconds shutdown when i was all alone on the server after the patch xD After login i died from sliding down a hill;P

This was just the first step with some NPCs.

I think we found the reason - It is intended (somehow).
Our tool got a accuracy update.

Does it feels way too low now or it’s okay (with the newest knowledge)?

could you maybe enlighten us with a few more words of explanation? :D
How is it intended? And what accuracy got updated xD? more accurate calculations? So we were always shown too high numbers xD?
But what have players won from less mob hp if they do quite the same amount less in dmg xD? Or were just the numbers wrong xD?
If we really all do less damage, will shields be worse too? I dont see much of a change so far xD We got nerfed a little less than the mobs xD? Is it that?

Well yes, killing mobs feels a bit faster now.
