Problems by retrieving the characters...

Because i don't get a response once again, as I wrote like 4 times in different threads by now.

Character transfer to veedeena not possible, testing not possible.

I've not seen your other comments - could you clarify why it's not possible no create a character on the test server?

Error on the transfer page: Problems by retrieving the characters...

Can't choose existing characters to copy.

I just do have "Unable to create the apartment world data" but I got all characters.

I have it across multiple accounts.

What can I do to further verify the problem?

It shouldn't be a browser problem right? (maybe just a display error?!)

I am trying to get rid off that bug.
