OK, tried to BP it. Assembled the parts it lists and tried to Construct it. Nothing. At a loss here. How is this thing supposed to be "used" or "constructed" or whatever?
This is the third mission I've taken from the Construction guy in the Job Center.
I would sure like to complete this quest. Anyone have any thoughts on it?

Right click the item, put everything in the Processor an go for it! :)
