[Launcher] New launcher not installing properly.

I think I tried everything. From discussions on discord, seems I should have some files in _nclapp folder, but I have only empty Cache folder there instead.

FAQ
-Is launcher downloaded from website or by old launcher?
-Tried both, same results. Tried different install directories, Program files, system disk, external disk. Same case on different computer that have Win7 instead of my Win10 laptop.

-Admin rights?
-Yes in all cases.

-Did you let launcher install extra thingies, .net, directX
-Yes. On win10 laptop there is .net 4.7 preinstalled and I shouldnt be able to install older one, but it gave me no errors.

-Delete all neocron related things with reg cleaner and try again.
-Done that, didn't help

-Try compatibility mode
-Win7, 8 compatibility mode don't work.

-Try to copy launcher files from the person where it works
-Tried that, launcher appear in task manager then it closes. Windows log throws .net runtime exceptions.

-Delete things in AppData folder in Neocron Support Team
-Done, nothing happens.

Is there anything else I can do? I'm locked out of game completely.

Can you post your applog.txt please?
It’s in the folder „_nclapp“.

Nothing appears in that folder when I try to launch, on both computers.

Quick update. I've just updated my Win10 laptop to Win10 April update, and....launcher now runs!
Do you want me to trigger these errors on Win7 computer?
