Add "cabinet access" to clan ranks

If possible, i think it's a good thing, so the new members of a clan can access and enjoy the clan apartment with clanmates, but they can't access the cabinets, in this way there is no worries about being robbed.
Also it's not nice to say to a new member "hey you are welcome, but you can't access the clan apartment until we trust in you", this will be also solved by adding that feature.

back in the days you would have additional appartments for the serious stuff. i'd rather have password guarded lockers in public places, where i can put things for friends to take or swap.

Yes, i had to make 3 different clans but with same name and a different sub-name (using clan ranks) to keep all safe and in order, but it was really an hard job, my proposal aim to avoid this :)

damn good idea.

I think its a good one too. lets runners feel part of the clan and still allows clans to share the items they have. We dont have this issue currently as all of us are good friends but as we begin to recruit this would be really cool. Maybe list it as Apartment access or something in the city com.

The whole clan rank system needs a overhaul. Ideally against each rank I would like to tick a box to grant permission to that rank.

Rank name: Head of Phoenix R&D
[X] Promote member
[X] Set ranks and roles
[X] Recruit/kick member
[X] Take money
[X] Set outpost security
[X] Allow access to clan cabinets (Raver's idea)
[X] Allow access to clan apartment (Worth adding as well IMHO)

Considering the apartment has a password i dont know if thats a big issue. you dont tell people the pass and its fine. i realise this becomes a problem if a member decides to impart the password to another member and that would solve the issue but if you got people in your clan doing that you have some big problems. i would boot both of em if they cant be trusted.

Still if its possible why not add it.

That would be an awesome idea.

Should have been in game a long time ago. The "low" an "high" security safes are SO useless/pointless...
