It's a known issue that Norton incorrectly flags dialogscript.dll as a virus.
As far as I'm aware no other virus scanner flags this file up as a virus.
On the topic of false positive alerts:
The Kaspersky Security Suite may also warn you that launcher.neocron-game.com is a potential phishing address.
