Suggestion for 2 spells that are currently "missing"

Have been playing a lot of monks recently, and noticed there is a lot of spells that don't have a rare version. At least they have a rare version of their type (ie fire apoc to cover general fire, firestorm to cover fire barrels).

What we are currently missing though is a rare Psi Attack, and a rare Frozen Barrel.

Possible names for both if they are considered:
Crahn's Fist for the Psi Attack (since it is force damage)
Frozen Tundra for the Frozen Barrel (think that name is self explanatory)

Same Apply for other weeapon, each weapon category does not have a rare one.
