How do I fix this issue? I have zero sound effects. The sound.pak file won't download but its in the folder. I get that error message each time in the _Ncclapp, Applog. It says as follows:

Sounds Effects work all of a sudden.
Sound Effects stopped working due to the above. Is there a possible way to fix this? or does this need to be patched? Ive ran the launcher in Administrator mode and not with it. The same thing keeps happening.
