It's not fantastic but it wasn't TOO bad :)
It doesn't look like many people have seen Surrogates yet, probably due to the at-first-uninteresting name. It only caught my eye when I was flicking around IMDB and saw Bruce Willis, James Cromwell, Ving Rhames and others were in it, and only then did I check the overview. I watched it today and had a little surprise, not just because Bruce Willis did much more than act out the usual silent intellectual character who has a constant smurk on his face, but because it was a pretty decent film, if mostly for the thought that one day it the technology will actually be reality. ;)
At shortly after 45mins in, the music used in Neocron (clubmusic1/style1.track2.mp3) is played during a scene where people are "jacking up". :D
Although I like him, James Cromwell seemed to be cast as a repeat of the inventor-with-good-intentions role that he played nicely as Dr Alfred Lanning in I Robot, which was a little bit offputting, since I've seen I Robot about 20 times, and all I could think of was Dr Lanning being lobbed by Sonny through window. It's one of my favourite films of all time. :p
Ah i didnt know Bruce Willis had new movie out, so thanks for the hint. Might aswell get it for the next weekend. :cool:
