Client not terminating after logout

Heyas, i got some massive Problems with my Client.exe

About every 3rd relogg i just can't get back into game and if i exit the Client keeps alive for about 15 min and even rebooting does not fix that problem.

I allready reinstalled Neocron, even reinstalled my Windows.
Hope you find/know a cure for this.
