This is ubisoft we're talking here. What I've gathered it gets repetitive quick.
Google the "queue for laptop" and "griefing people in doorways" threads before you dive in.
Well...The Division is not an MMO the actual way...its more a MMO-Coop-LFG-thing .....

huh... surely you just massively contradicted yourself? An mmo is all of those things put together, the whole point of it is you can do whatever you want and not be tied to a particular path. I think perhaps we have different opinions of what it actually is.Quote:

Im intrigued to hear your opinion if you have played it because I got beta access as i preordered but havent ever played it. I cancelled the pre-order in the end so I have never set a digital foot into the game at all, but this statement surprises me at the very least. I dont honestly see how this is a bad thing? :)Quote:

Well yeah but that removes over 2/3 of the market, even though I agree!
However as terror mentioned, besides rust, I have yet to see any good open world pvp based games at all. If anyone has any other suggestions I'm all ears!
UO, although a bit old now.
That was the first MMO I ever played and I loved every single second of it. Even now the first thing I think of when I see mention of old games like that is hordes of players shouting "Vendor Buy Bank Guards" as they had it bound to a button to spam just in case there was a murderer about.
its funny, i only ever played on free shards, never played OSI beyond the free week i got when i bought it, people on free shards also had "buy bank guards" set to a macro. :)
