Unfortunately we are currently encountering a problem with the game world server Terra, on top of the existing network node issues at our provider in Canada. We're working to rectify the problem as soon as possible but to prevent any damage to character data, we have made the decision to take the server offline for now.
We apologise for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
I seem to be unable to reach the server list at all. Let alone choose a server.
Is it still down for you DJ? Z said it was fixed.
I still can't connect to any server. I haven't been able to since this morning. I keep getting bounced back to the login screen. Is the problem on my end or Reakktor's?
Things are ok right now so it looks like the problem might be on your side. Firewall?
I'm having this issue also, and several people on my ts are aswell it seems to be the login servers going up and down

As you may remember, we have recently banned a good bunch of hacking scum.
Instead of destroying the game by unfair ingame activities - attacking the servers from the outside has now become a new hobby for someone in that batch.
While we are still using a provisional server setup, it is unfortunately not too difficult to bring down some parts of the infrastructure.
It may take a little while until this issue gets resolved for good, but we are working on it. In the meantime, thanks for your understanding and support.

Connection to the servers still down? My wife and i went to log in this morning and i got in fine, but she kept getting the connection to server failed message. I logged out to try it again and neither of us could get in. been hours now. So it can't be a firewall issue far as i can tell. any eta on server uptime? :)

yes im having that issue, just says "connecting" for 10 seconds or so then back to login username and password entry. doesnt go to servier list.
I have no idea how they are doing it. But I guess they have to get a connection to the server, so wouldnt it be possible to block their IP in the hosting company's firewall?
I know that this isnt a long term solution at all, but at least they would have to do a little to crash it..
Oo DDOS a NC server...thats smth new and i never would have imagine that this will happen some day....seems they got realy pissed.
