How about compensation like reseting all Saturn Players skill points, giving the saturn players the choice of what faction to go into at transfer, maybe some extra cash or a free months play.
Personally I can't remember when I set my chars up, Im not overly upset by it all. I know for one it will give me an excuse to get back into the game by having guns, spells and implants to make.
I do however know of quite a hand full who have spent many hours/days/weeks switching factions, LOMing skills and trading rares just for the transfer. Seems wrong to not give some compensation somewhere when its not a straight transfer of Saturn to a new Saturn only server (other server players will obviously be advantagous)

I'm glad I setup my saturn chars on the 19th, for the test transfer. There's a few things I would have liked to change, but it's better then nothing.

and what about if i lvled a whole char from 0 to cap and full equiped him from 5th to 20th? full equiped means 4 slotted erp+judge+lib+sa+sf and same for my tank 4 slotted pob+herc+marine? what i should do?

I have capped one char and leveled a new one and dont know even on what status will my char be transfered... because when I log in I see a 5th Sept status, not one of a few days.
And... I wont cap and level again and loom again... THIS IS NOT SERIOUS.

I think someone should inform kk that backups should be made EVERY DAY, instead of twice a month.... would considerably lower the amount of fuckups imo :rolleyes:

This is a really sucky situation.. For the 20th snapshot those that thought ahead and already have their chars setup for transfer are rewarded while those that waited till the last minute are screwed. If we rollback to the 5th, those that thought ahead are screwed. Judging by the poll it seems the majority waited till the last minute : p
We pay for a monthly service, and so far the service has been inadequate. If you bought a car and you received it with no wheels what would you say? Not "Its a challange" but "where the fuck is what I paid for" Now apply that to how the majority of all Saturn players are going through now. Mix both backups, put implants, armor and quickbelt of 5th into inventory of the players. Duplicates are "payment" for the lost stuff.
and i don't care if they have to do it manually, such technical faults can only happen when a company gets hit by some lightning or burns down or whatever. KK, instead of just saying "oh, we are sooo sorry, we can only do this and that" you have to get your asses up now and bend over for you customers, else many will say good bye
and slade, nobody is interested how happy you are about having setup everything ages ago or how you would love a full wipe. I doubt you have written your testament or at least saved up the money for your funeral. Think ahead! (may I ask whom you play the game of troll with?)
