In the launcher there's an option to port characters from an NC1 account to an NC2 one. You need the username and pw of the old one of course.
I think that's how it all goes anyway....
Contact account@neocron.com with details of your old NC1 account and your brand spanking new NC2 account and they'll enable the transfer. Only then can you go into the launcher and actually transfer them over. You'll be able to change their names and appearances if you wish.

Too bad the payment system is such a pain in the bottom, as far as i know it always has been. Weird tho, there are loads of good payments systems/sites out there.
NC is missing out a lot of players because of this. I tried to resub a year ago and it was nothing but pain. :(

currently in the process of bringing my nc1 characters over to nc2, or trying to get reakktor to tell me what my nc2 username was coz i cant remember whether i tried nc2 or not :P
