Apparently NCPD HQ is the only area which should have a secure zone revoked since that is where the action is at. ;) The one in particular I remember we had raided a faction meeting but we ended up getting pinned down in the elevators between the group meeting upstairs and other players rushing into the entrance to defend.
To add my two cents regarding the original thread, it does feel weird with Plaza 1 being the only secure zone. My main play time is Pacific nights with server population around 4-6% so I'm sympathetic to any arguments for a common area for trade and services. But with everything in the game happening in Plaza 1, nothing happens anywhere else. I've never even seen a fight in Pepper Park since being back. (Unless you count fights on the OOC channel).
