I've only ever put in one ticket since NC2 and a GM answered my question by ingame mail satisfactorily. Hats off to Onyx for being straight to the point ;)
I don't think i've had to deal with helpdesk since NC2, i guess things don't go all that wrong for me :) I don't lose items, i don't lose soullight or symp (unless it was by some negligence / design on my part), i complete epics fine because i actually READ the script and i take simple precautions, like relogging when something isnt quite right, and never throwing away that "stam booster" after dying ;)
It's 1 NC1 account to 1 NC2 account and once linked cannot be changed. Your trying to get 2 characters from a second NC1 account you'll need to use a 2nd NC2 account. That 'is' the only option. Also I would suggest not having your friends write tickets. Your friend wasted a lot of support time.Quote:

I worked support at a hosting site once, and noticed a lot of these "friends" helping other friends....it got very annoying, and I never did help them.
People need to handle their own business, in this new age, and especially on the internet, "friends" can turn out to be scammers just trying to steal something, so please handle your own business....

Yes for the last time indeed. The characters were never on that account. They are obviously on another account and you are 'confused' about an account that wasn't active for nearly 2 years now. When Carnage comes into the office on Monday I'll get him to track down which account those 2 characters your looking for are on but I've had just about enough at this point of you speaking for your friend. The only responses from here on out will go to the account holder only as I'm tired of you claiming things that are simply not true (like that the saturn characters were beta ones which is 100% physically impossible as they were an entirely seperate and long ago wiped database).Quote:
