As Cmaster said, monk armour is way too good compared to any other class, a typical monk doesn't need any energy resist skill base, now that has to say something.
I would personally like to see damage boost limited to Private Eyes, and letting a PPU only be able to use damage boost sanctum.
Edit: I just hope to god I haven't wasted my time playing Neocron to be completely buggered when all the balance threads are considered and put to action.... Neocron is Monk-O-Cron, Melee-PoB-Tank-O-Cron and Clip/ZoneWhore-O-Cron, hopefully that will change (obviously not the last of those three).
