As you might have missed, the latest reply from Kirk in this thread was "09-10-11, 22:26 ". So a month later will be 09-11-11 or November 9th 2011. Dunno how you get on 18th November. And furthermore, my post is not flammable but a simply fact and a clear state of action. Thanks for your concern, and Kirk is welcome to reply here any time.Quote:

I'm still very sad that the Neocron community, who has tried to keep the game active with events and OP fighting on an almost daily basis, is being treated like nothing more than something Kirk has stepped in on his way to the BP office.

I remember reading about the Netscape Browser when it became Open Source many years ago and they started development on it they had to scrap the existing code completely and start anew what today has become Mozilla Firefox. The reason was that Netscape's code was also completely fucked up and unusable.
Besides that I don't think that it is a good idea to fuck up the only other product that makes them some money by going to BP's forum and conjure a shitstorm there. The backlash won't be worth it. A hint every now and then is okay imo.
Anyway, I really appreciate your dedication but I guess we will just have to wait and see. Let's hope this is not the end of the greatest game ever built on this planet (although it is unfinished and full of good ideas that were sometimes poorly executed).
I am not looking for an argument. I am merely stating a fact that personally I wouldn't take too kindly to Kamuis actions in the first place and certainly not when he contradicts himself.

His promise were answers on the questions that the community stated here. While he didn't actually give an exact time frame, he said that he's aware of us and that we grow impatient. Now, if he can't show us any specific answers or progress in this short time, he still can show and prove his awareness by at least showing up once a month and give us some feedback.
In my posting, i didn't anounce an shitstorm or BP bashing in BP Forums. I wrote that I will make people in BP Forums know about the situation here - which is according to the rules of BP community in Off Topic Area. I also post any positive progress in Neocron there, so it's in the common interest of KK and Kirk. It's all in their hands, and seriously it's not too difficult to write a few lines once a month while their core crew focusses on BP.
It's a known fact that to a major part the complaints of Neocron vets on the BP forums caused Kirk to take action here. Without it this thread might have already been dead again by now. So lets use the voice that we have as community and as customers. When we can support our game with anything, then let's do it. And if KK need some lashing from time to time to get going again, I also don't have problems with that :)
