Imps Balance
HC brain implant should have weplore & tech combat skill bonus (like rifle & pistol imps)
There should be a set of research brain imps for tradeskillers (CST and RES should be balanced)
Exp Reflex Booster set should have ATL bonus instead of END since the imp suppose to increase one persons reflexness
Perhaps a set of Rare HC/MC imps & PPU/APU MC5 imps? and perhaps thinking of putting back the rare imp and all rare drone to the hacknet database?
Armor Balance
Monks PA shouldn't have negative influence on AGL cause the PA material are made of light weight cloth, beside that should give APUs a slight boost in PVP, since they are somewhat nerfed in 2.2. On the other hand, tanks PA is ok because the PA suppose to be heavy and clumsy, but lighten the movement nerf alittle shouldn't cause any balancing issues tho.
WOC PA should have extra protection and bonus over normal PA, I dont see why a runner will throw out 2mil on a PA that have very little advantage in pvp/pvm other than it unique look.
New ideas
Tanks need more Woc weapons, perhaps some new woc hightech pistols/rifles/cannons etc...
need some tradeskill woc item as well.
Some of the WOC items such as (Reaper, Freeman, etc) missions are far too easy to complete, the mission can be done just under 10 mins, WOC mission should be tougher for runners to run.
When killing an enemy faction runners, there should be cash reward as well as symp gain. The amount of cash reward is base on the runners level and combat ranking. And the cash is obtainable from the Cashbelt (Runners kill by NPCs/Mobs will not drop Cashbelt). This will motivate alot of runners to killing enemies and adding new exciting element to the game play.
Not sure if this is a good ideas tho, since the introduction of nanite resisting tools, likes Tanks, Spies should have the 20 psi level completely removed and cover the str and con area. Spies should be a true technological oriented class and should rely on techs and gadget to survive in the battlefield. Their extra 10 lvl gain in str and con means they should stand a better chance fighting a Tank or PE in PVP or PVE. Because Spies defenses is somewhat on the weak side.
APU monks need a major boost as well, increase frequency of the APU spells, specialise nanite defensive and offensive tools only for apu skill class. I pretty like it when monks are like in NC2.1.
Melee needs a real tweak as well, increasing attacking speed and attack range (since the netcode are not user friendly to melee class), increase damage, reduce weapon degrade quality.
Can't think of anything else atm, any comments guys?
U seem to have some good points in there, altho this one did catch my eye...
Now i can see what you mean by this... but afaik (new to nanites ;) ) if i stack myself up with 5 nanite things, i wont be able to use a heal tool without getting drugflash? I could be wrong but i dunno :p This would leave spys with only medipacks as a healing source and it would take away the diversity of setups because there ARE people who play spys with shields (yes i know they must be crap) But a spys main defense atm from what ive seen is the speed. Nice idea, but it's really open to abuse. You could just agree with a friend to endlessly kill eachother and make an infinite amount of cash.
The alternative would be to make the reward come out of the victims cash, but I'm not sure how well people would take that.

thinking about how woc con seems to be useless atm and how tanks only have tl 16 and tl 40 injectors, why not a woc 1 con injector that can outperform the tl 16 and tl 40 heal tool by far seeing as con is the hardest thing in the game to level on a tank

woc spell for ppu (like Holy Teletransportation tl 115 and Holy group teletransportation Tl 124! need 2 ppu in a single team one send the group and the other to receive the group at the location WITHOUT S.I. About 3 weeks ago i suddenly remembered movies i used to watch in anaglyph 3D when i was a kid.
So i decided to take a couple of photos and make it into 3D anaglyphs, it worked great and then i thought, well its a simple technique really and all it takes to have a game run in anaglyph is for the videocard to render each frame twice with a bit of horizontal offset.
As NC isnt too heavy graphics-wise, it could be great fun to have a 3D Anaglyph plugin for it, however i havent found any that works, i tried using RealStereo03, it does a pretty neat job on in Flatout2 which almost becomes a new game.
However it didnt work for NC though, but how about KK release a anaglyph utility for NC?
I havent done any NC screens yet, but ive done some for Oblivion:

One thing i would like to see is the clock added to the drone hud.
It is annoying when you kill your prey then the zone resets before you have had time to drop your drone and loot it.
I noticed someone say that tank pa should be heavy and clumsy. I'd like to point out for the one billionth time that PA stands for POWERED ARMOUR that means, yes that is right, it has a power supply, which is used to power hydrolics etc which allow the suit to stand up by itself and with some hardware it could be a robot suit. So the fact that pa has a weight drain on the wear is a joke. PA is a concept that KK have failed to understand and I'd really like to hear the devs justify calling it powered armour when it is actually more like an armoured shell, as it has a weight on it, much like the good out armour of the knights in ye' ol' times.
God forbid KK figure out this mistake and rectify it by giving rhinos weight drain when you drive them. Would be in keeping with their understanding of powered armour though. Not that i expect KK to ever realise this and change it, but one does live in hope.
APU's
Reakkor needs to review and alter the APU, they do need a slight boosting imo, and many others, they and perhaps melee but not so much are the only class that is at a disadvantage.
Assuming you stand an apu infront of a hc tank and battle it out, the apu manages to do around 150-200 damage before dying, from a gatling, ionic, I'm not saying they should kill the tank since they move faster but they should do a bit more damage imo. Probably around 400-500 maybe less, in actual pvp the fair alot better due to run speed.
Well it reads as "Power Armor", without the missing "ed". Making it read as a powerfull armor, and not a wired and charged one ...
After they removed the WB(T)s, SBSs, SSBs and MCBs from J01 its gotten a bit deserted, and the bunker is from time to time overrun by runners hunting Launchers.
Why not have a second spawn in J01, maybe a spot not too far from the base with mobs lvl <30 for newbie hunting? e.g. same spawns as in aggie cellars and maybe remove the muties from the bunker spawn.
I remember when i made a CM chr once, it was really annoying to take a cyberhound or mechturtle mission because there were WBs and other lvl 40+ all over the zone. :rolleyes:
It's now 22 full pages of ideas that everyone comes, thinks and take the time to write down and after 22 full pages of great ideas, I still didn't see a single patch to bring something in game or to add or mod anything...
