How do i access IRC when i enter it says disconnected by server then nothing?

The expiration time for all registrations currently pending has been extended by 96 hours.
In the unlikely case that your registration should already have expired, you will simply have to revisit step #1 of the registration process.
Please note that account management is not available again yet.
