GDPR : new privacy policy

As you may have heard the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the law that regulates private data/privacy from the EU, entered into force on May 25th 2018. Wherever you live, even outside the European Union. The Neocron Support Team (NST) have updated our policies in line with the new regulation.
All accounts Neocron game accounts are currently expired, before you can play Neocron again, you must first read and agree to the changes.
To agree to the new policies, login to the webpage and head to your account settings.
On the account settings page there are a few questions for you to answer after reading our new Privacy Policy, you need to answer these to reactive your Neocron game account:-
• Do you accept our new Privacy Policy?
• Are you at least 18 years old?
It is necessary that you accept these new policies to play the game.
We also ask an optional question, asking for your permission to send you email messages related to the Neocron Evolution product made available via www.neocron-game.com. These emails are additional marketing emails e.g. news of new updates and patches, in addition to service emails e.g. support, account registration.

We would also like to take a moment to re-assure you of the following: -
• Your Data is safe in our hands.
• The NST have not sold or passed on any personal data to 3rd parties without your consent.
• The NST will never sell or pass on any data you have entered on our webpage to 3rd parties without your consent.
As part of updating our policies, we have also reviewed the personal data we have collected in the past from account registration. As a result, previously held personal data such as your name, address and phone numbers have securely been removed from our systems.
