Change First Love TL 114 to 109

Please close thread, I forgot that the weapon balancing is not finished in vedeena this post is not relevant for now.

Suggestion:
Change First Love Tech level from 114 to 109 to allow Private Eye access to it.

This will give PE a good high tech gun to aim for, non-woc that can be a challenger to IRA47, freeman and xBow.

We should also see more of this beast on the battlefield, as spies are way too busy with CAR47/Dissy.

Would you guys not like to see PE's use these ?

Also keep in mind 109 is very hard to reach, which requires 2 MC5 and giving up on all brain implants for resists, and also giving up on reflexbooster 4.

For great sacrifice would reward great gun.

Though you asked for a close, I will mention some stuff:

If everything goes to plan, struggling to reach a high TL weapon will not be an issue for PEs.
Hitting TL100+ on a PE was crazy back in NC1 and they didn't need to.
The viability of lower TL weapons will be addressed.
