Ideas for hacking and cityterms

If I have more ideas here, I'll put them in this thread, but I had a thought: What if you could hack city-terms, so you could send an email out, but spoof the name that comes out, or leave it anonymous. They can reply to it, but not know who sent it originally? This would allow people RPing or making player-run adventures to send emails out. I'd imagine it should be a hard hack-check, since it's the city-term system and it's pretty well administered/observed, but it'd be kind of nifty!
