I used a simple route towards ceres, before leaving the hacknet i refreshed my shields / heal. They do still work outside of the hacknet, leaving me with the opportunity to run through ceres units with quite low damage (0 resist / armor / skill).
The healing rate is extremely high, which reminds me of the healing rate of the psi modules (TL 3) a few days (?) ago.
