[T#191] Hacker Spy gets Weaponlore at character creation

A hacker spy will get weaponlore skillpoints when creating his character. I do call this a bug, because he does not get any other skillpoints presented which he could use with weaponlore.

Either he has to get some points skilled in pistol combat (which would be the most usual combination with a hacker) or rifle combat.

Otherwise if you wish to make the Spy with assigned hacker-profession an hacknet only template, remove the weaponlore skill and put it into hacking (or implant, makes more sense then WEP).
