[R#183] Item at 0%, but doesnt show until relog

I've had this happen numerous times where an implant has reached 0% yet its not 'red' after numerous attempts at poking, I've realised that its infact at 0%, its only obvious after a relog.

Seen this myself and a lot as a poker. I have also seen it once with a belt.
