So I haven't played since the wipe and decided to jump on and give it a shot. I received this error last night and figured since I'd reset my password just a few minutes prior that may have been the cause. However I tried logging in the next morning and still received the issue. Any idea what I could do to fix it?

PS - Maybe add a [SOLVED] part to your title if you can change it so the DEV Team know that its sorted for you :D
I haven't tested this myself, but I suppose if it says "Char creation disabled for 17 minutes" when you enter a unique character (like the "_"), that kind of is a bug, as maybe the message should say, "Invalid character in name" or something. That said, I haven't tested this, and can't right now. Maybe someone else can verify that it also says the same "17 minutes" message for them when they try to use an underscore?
