Team loot Option

I swooshed through brainport and was shocked that this did not come up. I read about a group loot area option.
In my opinion we need the option to make teams abel to decive who can loot the mobs the teammembers killed. Like in every other game "leader" "all" "random" and whatever. It's a pain in the ass when you level or farm and the whole team has to wait until the damagedeal can loot. Or the damagedealer has no chance of reaching the mob and someone else (not teamed) stealthes in and steals the loot.
The teammembers are friends and if i have the right of loot i gladly woud want to tell my friend to get it for me
